14-Day Return Window
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging.
Exceptions
- First-wash guarantee: If you follow our official washing instructions and the print is damaged after the first wash due to poor printing quality, we will accept the return and issue a refund or replacement.
- Items damaged due to not following washing instructions, normal wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective product or unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the item and cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
